PRACTITIONERS
Aba’Ma Healing is designed to be practitioner-inclusive rather than personality-centered. While the work is currently offered through a small number of practitioners, the structure allows for future expansion without shifting the focus away from integrity, care, and clarity.
Each practitioner operates within their own scope of practice, training, and responsibility, while aligning with the shared values of Aba’Ma Healing: presence, respect, consent, and grounded support.
Current Practitioners:
Yandea — Founder & Lead Practitioner
Yandea is the founder of Aba’Ma Healing, a wife and mother of five, and a devoted steward of healing spaces where the body, soul, and nervous system are invited back into harmony.
Her work is informed by both formal training and lived devotion to The Way. She is a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner, certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), and a Neurographica Specialist. Yet beyond modality, Yandea’s practice is guided by deep listening—listening to the body, to the breath, and to the subtle intelligence that moves through each person when safety and presence are restored.
Through years of practice, mentorship, and mothering, Yandea developed Aba’Ma Flow—an intuitive, Spirit-led expression of Spinal Flow that honors the integrity of the modality while allowing each session to unfold uniquely. Rather than imposing a fixed sequence, she follows what the body reveals in the moment, sometimes weaving in complementary approaches when they arise naturally and serve the client’s highest good.
Yandea facilitates healing as a relational and sacred process. She holds space with reverence, humility, and discernment, trusting the body’s wisdom and the quiet intelligence that knows how to return us to wholeness. Her work is an invitation to remember—softly, safely, and in one’s own time.

Duane (Lighthaus) — Apprentice Practitioner
Duane, known spiritually as Lighthaus, serves as an Apprentice Practitioner within Aba’Ma Healing, supporting the work through presence, attentiveness, and quiet care.
His role within sessions centers the post-session space—offering gentle cool-down support, grounding, and steady presence that allows what has been opened to settle and integrate. He does not direct or interpret, but holds attentive space for reflection, breath, and return.
Through his creative offering, Assaya Heals, Duane works with words, sound, and intentional stillness to evoke moments of awareness and inner listening. His approach bridges the spiritual with the material, cultivating space for insight and remembrance to arise naturally within each person.
As Lighthaus, Duane brings a contemplative and stabilizing presence to Aba’Ma Healing. His work reflects the shared values of the practice: trust in the body’s intelligence, respect for timing, and the understanding that healing often unfolds most powerfully in quiet moments of being.
